Payment is done beforehand, and only through BCA invoice using IDR only. You must send me the proof of the transaction before I can start making your order.

Refunds are denied once flat color stage begins.

You may cancel anytime, and I will refund based on work undone.

Canvas size must be agreed first; otherwise, I will choose square (for chibi) and A4 (for ColorNikki Style) by default.

Progress updates will be shared via Instagram & DMs. (Watermarked, non-negotiable.)

Average work time takes 1-2 weeks, and can change depending on difficulty of order. Please be patient, dear client.

Max 3 revisions for each sketch stage and flat coloring stage. Extra revisions will be charged IDR 15,000/each.

Revision because of my own negligence are free!

Any major revisions that disrupt the process will be denied and considered an ethical misconduct. If you really must, then IDR 100,000 is charged as consequence.
